However, Pittsburgh Blue may be your only real dining option in Maple Grove, so those two stars are flexible. Years ago, I thought Manny’s went downhill. Pittsburgh Blue is Manny’s in sheep’s clothing. Pittsburgh Blue, owned by the Parasole Restaurant Group of Edina, is a cousin of downtown’s Manny’s, a venerable steakhouse pretending to be an independent stalwart of the Minneapolis.
